DAY 4 -€“ Historic Port Underwood Road Take in the scenic Marlborough Sounds view points, explore the marina and bay at Waikawa, then join the Port Underwood Road with its bays, historic Whaling sites and cob cottage. Stop for a swim at Whites Bay (take a picnic, or drive on to a winery) before heading back to Picton to choose a dining option.

DAY 6 -€“ Relax – Spend a leisurely morning exploring the galleries, and gift shops of Picton. Visit the Edwin Fox and Picton museums. Take lunch at one of the cafes, or relax on deck with a glass of wine at the historic Echo ship.

In the afternoon, why not take a trek with Picton horse treks or amble along one of Picton’s many walking tracks such as the Snout with its stunning Marlborough Sounds views or the Tirohanga with its stunning elevated views of Picton.
