Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am unless previously arranged. We will gladly provide courtesy transfers between the ferry, train or Picton airport. Please enquire.

Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel or amend your reservation, please let us know as well in advance as you are able. We reserve the right to take 100% of the overall booking, should you fail to inform us of any cancellation or booking change within 48 hours of the reservation. Within 7 days of the reservation we reserve the right to take 50% of the overall booking. If we are able to re-book the room, cancellation fees will not apply. We will always try our best to re-book.

Where did you find our site:

We will do our best to respond within 24 hours. Once you have chosen your accommodation and are happy with the dates and the price, we will need your credit card details to confirm the reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express and will need your card number, expiry date and the name on the card. You can send these via two separate e-mails, splitting your details.

Alternatively, to make a booking and to submit your details via a secure server click here. We also accept New Zealand Bank cheques. If paying by this method or by cash, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. For credit card bookings we take no payment until your arrival, unless cancellation fees apply.

HOW TO FIND US

Sennen House is a 10-minute stroll from both the centre of Picton (800m) and the ferry terminal (1.2 km).

COURTESY TRANSFERS - We are happy to pick you up from ferry, bus and train as required. Please let us know your arrival times when booking your accommodation.

ARRIVING BY CAR:

From ferry terminal – drive South down Auckland Street, turn RIGHT into The Broadway, crossing the railway line. At the school turn LEFT onto Kent Street and at the pedestrian crossing turn RIGHT into Durham Street and immediately LEFT into Oxford Street. The car park is directly in front of you.

From the South – As you enter Picton take the THIRD LEFT turn into Kent Street. At the pedestrian crossing turn LEFT into Buller Street, then turn RIGHT into Durham Street and immediately LEFT into Oxford Street. The car park is directly in front of you.

From Queen Charlotte Drive – Approaching Picton turn RIGHT at the mini-roundabout, south-bound onto Kent Street. At the pedestrian crossing turn RIGHT into Durham Street and immediately LEFT into Oxford Street. The car park is directly in front of you.

CHECK-IN is from 3pm onwards. If you wish to arrive before this time, please contact us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

ARRIVALS - Upon arrival at Sennen House, please park at the entrance and report to reception at The Gatehouse, the building to the right of the entrance.
